Because of their expertise, Kalb & Associates Consultants are often asked to act as expert witnesses in a court of law. These appearances are provided on a time and materials basis according to current rates at the time of engagement.
From time to time, Kalb & Associates consultants are retained to testify
on behalf of a law firm's clients. Kalb & Associates will accept expert
witness engagements if and only if we believe in the client's position
and we can support this position with data, logic, and supporting documentation.
